Welcome to the online billing website for the City of Fillmore.  This site allows you to make a payment, view your bill, view your usage & payment history and enroll in paperless billing.  If you have not already set up an account, please do so by clicking the New Users tab.  You will need your utility account number and your service address.  Payments can be made by using an Electronic Check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card.  Please note that payments made after 11 p.m. will post to your account the next day.

*** If your service has been disconnected, please ensure to make the payment listed on your doorhanger as well as the reconnection fee noted on your online portal. Once payment has been submitted, call the City of Fillmore to restore services. All payments for reconnections must be made by 3:30PM for same day reconnection.
